Dear Friends,

I need your help, please help me. My problem is as under :
I have a PCS system with the following configuration:

1. Intel P-4 2.40 GHz CPU
2. RAM = 256MB + 128 MB
3. Intel 845G Chipset Motherboard
4. 40 GB Hard Disk
5. OS = MS Windows XP Pro (Version 5.1.2600 Build 2600)

My problem is whenever I try to ungrade/new installation of Windows XP Pro SP-II, the installation/upgradation fail after copying all installation files to the system. when I restart the system Windows XP setup starts again, Win XP LOGO appears in the screen as usual, but the system hangs up without any msg. I replaced the RAM with only 256 MB or 128 MB one in one stage, but all the experiment failed. Presently my system is running with Xp Pro which is running without any problem. But the programme which are XP SP-II ompiatable cannot be loaded.

I shall be glad and gratefull if anybody of the forum help me to solve my problem.

SK Ghosh.
