I hav an old pc other than my C2D
Its mother board says it supports
2x184 pin DDR DIMM socket support upto 2GB
Support DDR 333/266 DDR SDRAM

My doubt is that can i use
"128 MB SD RAM(133 MHz)

Upgrading the memory in your PC is the smartest, fastest and most affordable way to boost performance-for every computing task. This Ram is reccomanding for most of the P3 and Celeron PCs with SD Ram sloat.(1 Year Limited Warranty)
Price : Rs. 450/-"

OK - Let that post be deleted..
Mods -- Look into the matter

And NO.
That motherboard supports DDR Memory and you've provided a link for SD RAM.
Best thing you can do is..
Go for 256MB DDR RAM.. Which you'll get in second-hand for about 500 bucks :D ! That's cheaper than SD RAM...
