pls. suggest mobo with below features,
1. must have AGP 8x, SATA port, on-board VGA
2. atleast support P4, P4D proccy with HT(if C2D it's better)
3. atleast DDR400(if DDR2 it's better)

U didnt write your budget...
also, i dont think there is any Motherboard, which support C2D and Has AGP 8x :(
then again. i may be wrong, waiting for others to reply...

AGP is old standard....no longer continued in new Boards. As for Onboard Graphics and C2D...here are few
1. ASUS P5B-VM
2. Intel DG965WH
3. Intel DG965RY

this is a good mobo for you, but it does not have AGP

i wonder why u would want an agp slot when the norm today is pci-e

the one ur looking for is intel 915gl. it has agp 8x and also pci-e. it comes for no more than 3k. i have the same one and it also has sata and ata. it supports memory upto 400mhz.

the intel 915gl will not support C2D so it would be better to invest a little more and go in for a mobo that supports C2D. however, i don't think u'll find any such mobo that also has an agp slot. if an agp slot is more imp for u than C2D support, go for the intel915gl
