Deleting useless files in winXPsp2

Hey guys.
I want sum help. Plz help me. I hav windowsXP SP2. I want 2 delete useless files(Like .cab files) and want 2 keep all usefull files. b'coz my pc is overloading and i want 2 increase my pc loading speed. plz tell me which files i hav 2 delete? which is useless. waitin 4 rply.

dowload and use ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com

in case u want more info, there is also a post here somewhere by vg on deleting files. search for it pls.
