I know that for running WinXP64 bit Edition we need 64bit processorbut I have Intel 3.2Ghz HT Processor (775)+ 865 Intel Board & i want to run WinXP64 bit socan i run WinXP64bit on it by installing any new drivers or third party application or by any other way..............?

yeah you can run it , its a 64 bit proccy you are having... its EM64T :D

well, Windows XP x64 Comes with a very efficient adaptetion emulator, which allows you to run any day to day 32bit software...
Only problem is with 16bit really old programs, and Finding AVS.. !! but now days all major brands supports x64 Environment !!
