OMG HELP ME!!!!

Hey guys i am using sify broadband. But i cannot install the broadband client whenever i run it the program stops responding and i have end task it. I cannot open the home page either to download latest client. The gateway is able to ping but it cannot install the client , not sure why?. Without it surfing is not possible. So what can i do now?

if you are using a firewall disable it when installing the dialer
well ive uploaded for you the latest dialer that they have released
download here (http://rapidshare.de/files-en/492801/SifyBroadband_2.61.EXE.html)
or let them ROT to death with thier dialers
you can use an alternate sify dialer
