I dont Know about 3rd edition but the for the 2nd edition the name of the software was Control Freak which,works with winamp by enabling its control freak plugin ,and its a freeware ,,!!!!!!!!!!!

Control freak isnt freeware... and better than control freak is puppetmaster..
