there may be some minor problem,, now with my 2600 + xp series mother board and cpu,, dont know where,, so want any thing comparable type of mother board and processor from any neares family..

why dont you buy my amd 2500+ and asus mobo listed in bazaar. its better than athlon...its an AMD 2500+ with absolutely no software incompatibility.

Well i have a 64bit Athlon 2800+ with Asus motherboard..
Used it for around 15months never had such a issue.. all 32bit softwares work absolutely fine...
I m in delhi..
