problem with motorola s/w

i m heaving Motorola V3i ,& i am using winxp64 bit edition now the problem is that its not accessing the phones content except the memory card, the software is installing but at the time when i try to synchronize the phone through the data cable then its done nothing ,

before installing the winxp64 bit ,i m able to access the whole cell & the mmc card also , now wht happend its only accessing the card and not able to synchro with the system , is there any patch or different s/w for synchro
