avi to mpeg converter

Try The Above Link It Will Show You Many Converter Try It Many Of Them Are Freeware

With softwares like ffmpeg and mencoder, I wonder why you need to look at something else. You may try to look for a GUI front end for these if you find CLI too difficult. But, these softwares are really good for media conversion.
I also read of something called transcode. But, haven't used it though.
