need outlook help

hi....guys
i want to know that how to configure my email using Outlook Express.
i have "rediffmail" & "Gmail" account..i just want to know that how to configure Outlook Express so that i can send & receive messages from these accounts using Outlook express, e.g what to write in the "incoming & outgoing mail server box"...plz any1 help me with this.

Rediffmail - NO, unless you buy their Premium Service for Rs 399 a year :)

only gmail n yahoo india provide free pop3... u can get the settings from a lil googling...

even yahoo as become paid if u know pop address for yahoo and its free give me the setting i will also configure
