hi, I have a intex internal tv tuner card & i want to know that how can i get good video quality with normal file size frm my tv tuner card, i m using tatasky & winDVR 3 for recording. till now i was recorded dvd quality (mpeg II, mode) but its big in size. plz tell me the right configration for the software.
