Bsnl Help

i have a bsnl dataone home plan 900 connection. when i got the connection, the bsnl guy manually configured the network. now i am re-installing windows xp. as all the settings will be lost, how do i configure the network again (i have misplaced the booklet which comes with the modem)? my current netowork properties are:
ip: 192.xxx.x.xxx
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
default: 192.xxx.x.x

plese explain in detail, as i am a begginer
my modem : ut-300r2u

Which type of mode do u have ?

The bridge mode or the PPPoE or Static IP ?
