Explorer.exe errors

Almost everytime I'm on the Internet, i get explorer.exe errors...specially after I close an IE session.
When there are too many explorer.exe errors, what does that indicate?

Can you take a snapshot of the error by pressing ALT + PRINTSCREEN and posting the picture here.....

Try restoring the file explorer.exe as follows.

1) Click Start>Run and type msconfig.
2) Click "Extraxt File" button and specify the system file explorer.exe
3) Now in the "extract file from" field browse to C:/Windows/Options/Install or Install folder on your OS Installation CD
4) In the "extract file to" field specify C:/Windows.

Restart your computer and check if you get the same error again...
