Download Chopper XP from digital-miner.com (http://www.digital-miner.com/). Its free and works very fast.

You can use SUPER, it is a freeware and will be your all in one conversion tool

I use Allok Video Splitter (http://www.qweas.com/download/video_dvd/video_splitters_joiners/allok_video_splitter.htm) to split the vob files. I find it is very useful for me. But it is not free.

Download VirtualDub from www.virtualdub.org/download.html (http://www.virtualdub.org/download.html)
It's freeware.Use the compression options after editing ur files or
else they will become too large.You may use Dr.divx from labs.divx.com/DrDivXDownload to compress the edited files.:cool:
