which one's better?
atiX200 or nvidia6150


also in a (un)related matter.is the onboard nvidia 6150 better than an XFX geforce 5200(128 MB agp 8x )

well....nv 6150 has shader model 3.0 & is capable of playing the latest games
while x200 is shder model 2.0

the 6150 is better than the x200 by a very small margin.....but the 6150 core is not powerful enough to take full advantage of shader model 3

I don't think there is any huge difference. I feel ATI is Better. This shader model 3.0 and 2.0 was also compared by digit in earlier graphic cards and Nividia was rated superior because at that time ATI had only 2.0. I think it was a bluder because in practical there was no noticeable difference.

Onboard always better from ATI. I believe ATI is coming up with RX 1200 onboard on 965 chpset mobos.
