I had used Directory Opus 8. Its much much faster than Windows Explorer, and has got loads of options and customisations.

Tactile 3D (http://www.tactile3d.com/) is also one of them. It has got a virtual 3D interface as if in Space.

It seems that Disk Order is available only for MACs. I searched for the link and went to the download page of Disk Order (http://www.likemac.ru/english/download.shtml); only to find no download option for Windows.

Please tell me where I can get Disk Order and try...

Yes Disk Order is for Mac only. It was a mistake to include it in the list. About 4-5 others belonging to Linux were also wrongly added to the list.

Yeah, Directory Opus 8 is the way to go when u want something extra, more powerful and a nice GUI.

Tactile 3d is a future concept of 3d desktop. Not much handy for geeks. Atleast try it once to see what future holds for you.

XYplorer is a nice one, also has built in search tool that gives you the feel and control of the win98 find feature. And displays all info in the same window.
I like it.
SlashX is also nice.

The Disk Order software which u are talking about is for Mac the windows disk order is ridiculous.
Here is the link to windows disk order:http://www.yildun.com/dskorder.html

It does not look cool or offer much functionality.

At first I thought DiskOrder was available for Windows and the screenshot was that of the program running under Win. Hence the first post. Later I realised it was only for the Mac, hence the 2nd post. :)
