hey i have used ddr1 rams as follows:
1) hynix 256mb, ddr1, 266mhz, (2 sticks of 128mb each).each for rs.350.
2)simmtronics 512mb, ddr1, 333mhz, (1 stick of 512 mb).for rs.500.
