Remote Unlocking for Motorola

I would like to know if any remote unlocking calculators are available for Motorola phones, similar to the DCT-3 and DCT-4 calculators of Nokia.
In other words, I want to know if a motorola phone can be unlocked WITHOUT a usb cable
