Hi guys can you please suggest me a good 775 socket motherboard compatible with Pentium 4 ( D and C2D if ) with the best onboard graphics and as well as without that..

If it supports pentium D and C2D it will be an advantage..but preferred only for Pentium 4 and D....

If possible can anyone give the best in the market as well as internationally for these processors separately..

My budget is upto 4.5-5 k...

how about Intel DG 965 RY, it supports P4, D, C2D.
has a Vista supporting GMA X3000 onboard gfx.

here's the list of supported Proccessors.->Intel® Desktop Board DG965RY
Supported Processors (http://developer.intel.com/design/motherbd/ry/ry_proc.htm)

but cost is out of budget. :( around Rs.7500/-
