anybody knows that how to make new folder in nokia 1100 to keep msgs.
n how to delete templates. n how to delete tones. i know ut is too tuff, but still if anybody knows so please tell me.

these ringtones r stored in the RAM of the phone and come with the formware so u cant delete those read only files

Sorry folder creation on Nokia 1100 is not possible. No tools or hacking can solve your problem.

For deleting ringtones you can use some hacking or modding. But remember this will void your warranty and one slightest mistake can make your phone dead.
