In fact I tried doing the same using Video-Downloader plugin of FIREFOX. But it said, "IN-VALID URL"

Dont count on such aplications too much. Its all just a little simple basic hacking! : The Source code ;)
Its not cracking, but I guess people dont understand these things. So I dunno if I shud explain it or keep quiet according to forum rulezzz. Hmmm so I opt for latter! :oops:

If you are using explorer, after the video has fully played out, go to Tools> Internet Options>Temporarary internet files>settings>view files

There search for *.flv or *.swf file as the case may be.

If you are using Firefox, use a plugin called unplug.

VLC can play flv files..so i dont care to convert them anymore
