folder option disappear

i modified my winXP.
after modification , i came to know that my "folder option " disappear.
even i did not get it in control panel.
how can i again retrive this ?

click http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and go to tweak number 129. download it, double click on it and add to registry. reboot.
