If you mean the visual aspect of Xbox 360 to be displayed on to the PC monitor then you can have Microsoft's VGA HD AV Cable to connect the Xbox 360 to your PC and get 720p resolution on it.

There are cheats for games on the Xbox 360 & am not sure about using others save over the internet.I suppose you could use it through Xbox Live if they allow such sharing.
