i am using D845GLAD intel original mobo with 1.7GHz processor. now i want to upgrade mobo and processor, ram and SMPS not for gaming but basic(office) use. which mobo is good in new technology and less expensive and also processor? my budget is 10-12,000. pls. help?

as the question is only for Mobo.. as every one now days going to C2D... the budget lavel but good motherboard for C2D E6600 would be DG965WH.. in Kolkata it was 7800 + TAX just a day ago :)
