Change Ethernet Address

can anyone is there who help me in this a big problem, I want to change the Ethernet address but i don't know how to change it. Please could u tell me how can i change this. :(

do u mean ur network or something else n specify which OS u use......

ok here is how to do so
right click on ethernet connection>properties>Configure>in advanced tab>Network address
by default it is not present chnage radio button and change it to any
regards

ethernet address mean LAN Card address

And my physical address it is not same with this ethernet address, how could i change the physical address to 000000000. please helpme.
