VB DirectX error.

I have made a whole project in VB using DIrectX. but after i changed my graphics card from ATI X800XL to Gforece6100 to Gforece 7600

now, it doesnt work only on my coputer and gives an error in the dx_create command ..

also, all my games like hitman4 and all are running on full graphics and i did dxdiag also and tested everything ..

in case of source Install DxSDK Again to Update it for Your GrafX card

Install DirectX SDK Again Setup will ask u to remove or update the Installation, Update it. or First Remove it Then Install It.

i reformatted and reinstalled 9.0c again .. still doesnt wrk .
