KERNEL32.DLL at 0197:xxxxxxxx

I am having this error on my pc for quite some time. It usually occurs when i try to run flashget with the new skin s from the skin pack , and some other skinned application.
Even the installshied setups donot work many times. I am having problem loading the Nero Suite from my SONY SOFTWARE CD. When it runs it quickly shows the error of invalid page fault in KENEL32.dll at 0197:xxxxxxxx.

r u sure about ur dll name? pls reconfirm. also post ur hijackthis logfile here for scrutinty.

I get errors like

FLASHGET caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 0197:bff7b9a6.
EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in module DIMM.DLL at 0197:bff7b9a6.
