The Internet Explorer window typically comes up faster than Firefox the first time you double-click on the program icon. This is mainly because core Internet Explorer libraries are actually loaded into memory as your computer is starting up...

Nice find...interesting trivia...never knew them except that FX is faster than IE...even I fully support that IE loads faster than FX...consumes less memory...and hangs more :D!
