You want to "broadcast live"?? Upload speeds are so damn slow that if two people connect, the things will fall apart.

Note: If some1 wants to watch live, they will see on TV. Why will they bother about connecting to what you broadcast? ;)

Can use vlc media player.
Here's a quick how to:
> download it, install it, and start it.
>file>open capture device [ctrl+a]
>File wizard> stream to network > next > existing playlist item > then follow the setps.

note#1: imm currently writing this from Ubuntu. menu structure may be a little different in windows.
