Not able to boot.....

i hav a Dual core 2.6 , motherboard 945,

While the pc there is no diplay on the monitor...when i switch on the cpu motherboard speaker beeps three times..

The CPU lights goes on and fans are also workin but no display .

Please help me out of this.

It looks like a RAM problem. Try removing the ram from its slot and putting it back again, or if possible try using it on another working PC. If it is the culprit, you may have to use your warranty or buy a new one.
