I have intel 915GAV motherboard. I installed supervisor passsword in the bios and restricted users from accessing it. I forgot the bios password, so i took out the jumper and battery then installed them again. Now I can access the bios but I cannot install the supervisor password as it is already installed and i dont know the password. Please help me how can I remove the old supervisor password and install a new one.

Hye Bro.

first Check your Board Manual for any jumper setting of switch setting to remove the forgetten Passwords/wrong bios setting.

if its bit confussing.

remove the battery of the motherboard for a while (2-5Min), it will set the default bios settings

look out for clear CMOS jumper in the manual and then shot tem for a while using a tester. It should be near the CMOS battery
