Why go for x1600 pro? At that price range 7600GT will be better. Additionally I do not think 17" TFT from samsung will cost only Rs.10500. A month back I enquired here, it was around Rs.15000.

I personally feel that ATi are better than nVidia. Thats just my personal opinion and it is 512MB rather than 256MB, I know it wont make much of differnce because both cards churn out equal power But Your Opinion is always welcome. :D
Ya, i am sure it is Rs10500 for 17inch TFT though Sony one is 14000 or more. For Rs 15000 my vendor told me i could get 19inch. But i dont want 19inch.
Check this out http://www.computerwarehousepricelist.com/
Deal of Today is Samsung TFT 17inch for 10500 ;)

There is nothing as ATi is better than nVidia. ATi has more drawbacks to be precise, but what finally matters is the better card.
512mb = 256mb if you can only spend 15k on a graphic card.
get a crt then.
you are not gaming, are you?

Both DG965WH and Asus P5B-VM have onboard graphics (Intel G965 Chipset). The drivers are not upto the mark though...

Any Ideas on Price of MOBO and Graphic Cards ?
__________
ASUS P5B-VM has no onboard graphics i think
LOL
P5B-VM means Socket 775 (P5), Intel G965 chipset (codenamed Broadwater), with onboard video and microATX form factor.
That's How ASUS Names it MOBO :D.

Here are Cons in Intel DG965RY (Rogers City; Classic Series)
1. no RAID
2. no S/PDIF
3. STAC9227 5.1 Ch. HD audi
Internation Retail Price - 124.99$ (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813121048)
Whereas has Intel DG965WH (Westchester; Media Series)
1. RAID 0/1/10/5
2. STAC9271D 7.1 Ch. HD audio
3. optical S/PDIF out. Supports Intel Viiv Technology.
Internation Retail Price - 128.99$ (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813121052)
As for P5B-VM
1. no RAID
2. no S/PDIF (need an optional bracket)
3. AD1988 7.1 Ch. HD audio
Internation Retail Price - 132.99$ (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131043)
I really think Intel DG965WH is the best till now but dunno if it is available in India. Shall call the Intel Office in my City the day i gonna buy though :D
