plz help

guys im using a registered version of 'zone alarm' firewall and just 2 days back when i tried to update it and downloaded the new setup (name of the setup file is 'zapsetup_65_737_000_en.exe' ), when i run the setup the following happenes

can someone plz explain why is this happening, by the way i just had some trouble handling VS2005 and it wasnt properly uninstalled, plz reply guys , what amendments shuld i make....

ya za gives these kind of prblems sometimes.
i suggest u uninstall old za.
run 'ccleaner' to clean all ur temp/junk files and registry entries
reboot
do a clean fresh instal of the new za .737.

yes , the problem i found after reading the first link was that i am missing some root certificates and thats why za's dll cant be loaded , well they have given a link to get the root certificates and i have followed the procedure and imported the root certifctes successfully but the problem is still there , how can i get rectify this root certificate problem , plz reply guys...

possibly the setup file is curruppted !! I had same problem but it is resolved by just downloading new setup file. May be it is "my luck" !!!;-)

But do anybody have definite answer???
