I have a winxp machine with 2 hard drives. For the last few days I am getting the above message whenever I click on a mp3 file or a setup.exe file in my second hard drive. How do I correct this?

Also, I had installed mirc application a few days back. Even though I have uninstalled it since, I get five notepad files titled 'program' at the startup. It is very annoying. How do I get rid of them?
