A frnd of mine planning to assemble good gaming PC as his older PC unable to run latest games.He only wants these components to be added:

Processer
Mobo
RAM
HDD
DVD Writer
UPS
Graphics Card

As other devices - Keyboard,Mouse,Monitor,Speakers,Cabinet n PS r not required.So please tell me which Brands to go for.His budget is 25K...THANKS FOR UR REPLIES :)

1024mb 667mhz ddr2 4400 rupees
200gb samsung sataII 3500 rupees
gigabyte c2d 945p mobo 5000 rupees
LiteOn dvd-RW 3500
7600gs graphics 6000
UPS?????

1 gb ddr2 667 comes for a lot more than 4400 rupees.
And liteon dvd-RW is 2000 rs. (Mumbai prices)

DVD RWs have long since falled below the 3k mark and now are falling below even the 2k mark! It can not be 3.5k at all
I got a BenQ (4 Months old) 1650 for 2.3k and its a DL-DF burner.
