IE7 Memory Error

I use IE7 beta 2. Everytime I exit IE, I get foll. error:

iexplorer.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x73e6827a" referenced memory at "0x1ca477b4". The memory could not be "read"

How do I get rid of this prb.?

Go to Start --> Run. Type "sfc /scannow" (without quotes) and press enter. It will ask for your Windows XP CD. Put it in your drive when it prompts you to do so. This will detect and repair any file corruptions on your system. Do create a "System Restore" point before you do these steps.

Already tried that but doesnt help. Evn for fresh installation, I get this error. Is it bcoz its a beta version?

If it is coming from a fresh installation as well then it might be either b'cos of the beta version or b'cos of faulty RAM as well (unlikely). Still just to be sure, run memtest86 for one night on your system and test your RAM.
