Anyone please tell me that is 3230 radio is mono or stereo? is it possible to install any software on 6630 to listen radio?( i think it's not possible)

well 3230 radio is stereo and u can install apps for ur radio in nokia 6630 but it will run wid gprs and it will cost more..presently

better use a fmradio headset (nokia original),and u can use this one wid nokia 6630
it will cost ur around 1000-1200bucks but its worth it !!

spod radio etc
but u need gprs for that...

FM radio reciever (as the name suggest) is just like an antenna... it just catches the radio waves.. so it wont add any kind of radio stuff in ur non-radio phone..
FM radio is a hardware oriented feature so no software can add this feature to ur phone...
but if u wanna listen to online radio (via gprs) then there are many softwares like.

virgin radio
virtual radio
spod radio etc

Gprs radio have poor quality as data rate is limited, frequent pauses assciated with network problems and rapid battey discharge.

I have some questions:--

So shud i buy a FM RADIO HEADSET for my 6630..

Will it b useful 2 me.. Will i b able to hear all the radio channels evn though their is no software or inbuilt radio in 6630..???

How much will an original one as well as duplicate cost..??

And whats the difference between the two...

I m very confused...

the fm radio headset is jus like those cheap fm available in the market......
its not actually attached to ur cell... u ll need separate batteries 4 dat

Hey how abt a NOKIA RADIO HEADSET HS - 2R.. Came to know abt this frm the nokia site..

Will it work wid my nokia 6630... Is it available now???

and its worth buying....it can control ur music player and ur fm from the headset itself...it had a button to start ur music player or fm..and thts gud
it supports stereo sound in both fm and music player
