thnx for the reply guys.
@rahul- Not much choice when vendors don't want to sell cheap. Nways will try to bargain hard when buying them.

Thnx again guys. But my confusion seems to grow more. While considering mobo for the same price range, amd's board seems to have better features n thus upgrad'bility (though not much) than the intel based ones. Moreover, i don't want to invest extra bucks on cooling so m a bit hesitant on pentium d. Am i being reasonable? Please help, again, n thnx for yur help n patience.
