I Have Used It With P 4 3.2 Ghz Prescott .. And It Did A Hell Of A Job In Cooling It .. 36 Degrees Idle And 50 Full Load .. For P 4 .. This Is Some Achievement ..

cool. yes. It's aluminum heatsink with copper bottom. Won't be that much costly compared to full copper heatsink. JMO

I wanted to go for higher priced heatsink but none were able to fit my motherboard :( .. so had to settle for this one, temperature is under control and is silent :)
