1. What can I sell on this forum?
This forum is for buying and selling second-hand hardware, books and magazines only. You may also sell services like web hosting/domain registration. Please do not try and sell software. If you are a dealer of first hand goods and would like to advertise on this forum, please contact sobers_george [at] jasubhai [dot] com.
When posting, please make sure you mention the city you live in.
2. I started a new thread, but I don't see it yet. Where did it go?
To curb spam, we've made this a Moderated Forum. That is, all new threads will be sent to the moderators and administrators for approval, and will be displayed only once they have approved the thread.
Start it in the proper format :
Details of the item to be sold , Your expected price and your location should be clearly written in the thread. If any of these are missing, your thread might not be approved.
3. What do I do when I want to buy an item from someone?
If you find an item you want, please use the Personal Messaging (PM) system to take the transaction further - bargaining, meeting up, etc. Please DO NOT post any personal information like your address or phone number on this forum.
4. I've sold my stuff. Now what?
If you've completed your transaction, please inform a moderator so that the concerned thread may be closed.
5. I got cheated! What do I do?
Buyer beware. Your activity on this forum is at your own risk - Digit and/or Jasubhai Digital Media will not accept any liability if you get taken for a ride. However, to prevent the same thing happening to other members, please report the matter to the admins and necessary action will be taken.
Remember: As far as possible, always buy from someone in your own city, and check the merchandise before you fork over any cash.
