hey, i just bought a lite-on DVD writer. using the nero info tool i found out that my drive does not support DVD-Ram & mount rainer(or something). What is this DVD-RAM & mount rainer?

dont worry, DVD RAM is a yet another format of dvd media , mostly used in cams etc. Probably you will never need to use one in your pc.
Mount rainier is a special type of file system that supports packet writing. It is like UDF(universal Disk Format) which supports using RWs like floppy disk but mount raineir doesnt need any special software for that, its completely hardware dependent.
