No Display on Samsung 15" Monitor

Hi,
When I boot my pc ,I dont get any display.
I have identified it is the problem in the MotherBoard.
As My monitor works with different pc.
Now how to proceed further.I have a onBoard Graphics Card.
The Motherboard is Vintron 845GlD.I could get the MotherBoard Manual
for it.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

are there any beeps?
it the power LED/cpu FAN running...
if ur mobo has a AGP slot try to borrow a agp card and then test it...

Yes the CPU Fan is running.There are beep sounds.
