Problem with outlook express

I recently installed a fresh copy of win Xp pro with SP2. All went fine. After a
few weeks I tried to open outlook express but I couldn't. It showed me an
error that the file msimn.exe is missing. I tried to install OE from add/remove
windows progams but still the OE folder in program files remains empty.

The XP pro cd which i have is perfectly working as I have used it before
also.

I have backed up the message stores files(.dbx) from my previous OE.
What might be the problem and how can I install OE from the XP cd?

try installing OE by installing a new copy of IE with which OE is bundled and it should rectify the problem .... u should obtain IE 6 frm digit's cds .....

hey go to add remove program & change the tab to add or remove windows componets.remove it from there and install it again

I tried reinstalling IE from the Add/Remove programs in control panel.
But only IE got reinstalled ,OE was not installed with that.

I dont have access to digit cd's as I am staying outside India.

Any other solutions?
