how i can chat on lan

how can i chat on lan wihout using any additional software...
all the computers on lan have window xp peofessional.

use "net send < message >" command in Run > CMD

type net send /? for more options

actually "net send" followed by machine name or IP followed by message ...

however winchat is more user friendly :cool:

I suggest you use "IP Messenger" on all machines (no installation required, chat, file transfer, etc). Its very easy to use.
