Well I have the MSI K8N Neo V on a VIA K8M800 chip set....all i can say that its a normal low end mobo...

Its has a 754 Socket
Single channel memory controller (MAX 2 GB)
2 SATA
2 IDE
1 AGP 8 X
5 PCI
and a VIA VT8237 southbridge

ITS a average performer

Has better graphics than 865.
Will be able to play all the games that can be played on 915 but doesn't supports hardware DirectX9

R u sure the IGP is good..better than 865 .....That is UniChromell Pro IGP...
And yes it is a dx 6 card...

it has a two sata ports.
two ide ports
onboard gfx
cheap price
good performance


Cons
mirco atx(crappy layout)airflow is not good
two memmory slots(i expect a mobo to have atleast 4)

i don't think its use of buying it as all the new cpu come in 939 pin.so go for 939 pin mobo

Yes, go for the 939 based mobos now...they support higher bandwidths...
Higher memory...dual channel memory...128 Bit mem controller....
