Also how to modify all the items that appear when i right click on a file.

open regedit.
modify key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.ext\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers
be careful !
software like winxp manager, superutilities, etc also let u do it selectively.

i could not find the .ext under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT

just search for 'ContextMenuHandlers'. its there !
