Edit: I downloaded it and installed it and for a few glorius minutes I was overjoyed at the dashing new look of my Windows XP. However, the happiness was pretty short-lived because it slowed down my PC quite substantially. So significantly in fact, that I had to uninstall the damned thing. :( My advice to anyone who wants to use it: NEGATIVE.

its well worth using over vista transformation pack 4.0.

no pack, per say, slows down a system, noticebly ! It actually modifies the current .dll files like uxtheme.dll,shell32,dll etc. but it won't take much of your memory to do so. But the other utilities like Dock Y'z shadow Y'z toolbar uses some random memory...the choice to addtitionally install these rocketdock, uber icon, yzshadow, yz toolbar r optional.
