Ram Babu Not Giving optimum performance !!!!

I have Amd 2800 + 64 bit processor
120 gb hdd
1 gb ram
Neo Kv8m motherboard

My problem is my sys is not giving optimum performance acc to ram its taking 5 mins to load Windos wich i recently installed .Takes sometime for each appl to load ........

Donno whts the prob maybe my c drive having only 100 mb free <----its this the reason pls help yaar

DO the following:

1) right click C drive and go to properties and do the disk clean up

2)install sequoia view and find out which unnecessary files r consuming ur hard disk and remove them

3) scan 4 viruses and spywares cause some virus keep on creating temp files of sizes 200, 500 and 800 mb

4)post ur hijack this log
