scratchy sound msi rs480m2

i just a bought a new system AMD64 3200+ cpu on a MSI RS480M2 mobo, my problem is that the sound output is scratchy, i've tried reinstalling drivers and updating drivers but of no use, the sound is still scratchy.
can anyone help me please? :cry:

Make sure the connection isn't loose or it could also be your speakers.

i've tried everything, it cannot be loose connection or speaker fault coz in linux the sound is gr8 !!!
guess its some resource conflict which i have to resolve.

Uninstall your existing drivers and use the MSI Live update utility to get the right ones.
